Brian Zgliczynski, MS


Brian received a degree in marine science from the University of Hawaii, Hilo. Currently, he works as Research Biologist for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA) at the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center in Honolulu. His interests and work focuses on coral reef fishes, and is presently investigating the effects of habitat and oceanographic conditions on coral reef fish assemblages in the U.S. Pacific islands. He's participated on numerous research cruises to remote islands/reefs throughout the Pacific as a NOAA scientific and working diver. He's logged 100hrs on the Cis-Lunar MK-5P closed-circuit rebreather and is a (IBUM) certified hyperbaric recompression chamber operator.
